To start They have new employees now these two guys and since then we don’t go there anymore the food i once couldn’t wait to buy every week now makes me sick to my stomach (that’s not an exaggeration!) im not sure if it’s because of them or because they changed the way the food is made and i normally wouldn’t bother eating and commenting but this was a hard pill to swallow the food is heavy in oil so much so that even after pouring out the literal thick oil layer you can still taste the heavy amounts of it throughout. No human should ever consume that much of it 🤮 and when I asked for it to be spicy which was my original request I payed extra for it’s still came OILY AND BLAND then when I asked for more chili or spice they looked at us weird then THEY GAVE US CHILLI OIL !!!MORE OIL!!!🤢 the spice we used to get was more like a paste.After that we tried to enjoy our food in spite of all this but couldn’t and just like that our fav ramen became the worst one just that fast since then we’ve been to scared to go back and waste our money knowing asking for a refund would’ve been a hassle we just threw our food out and got something out stomach's could handle 🙄 oh and it’s was only tw

I’m glad I gave this spot a try. Extremely nice customer service, and they made the food fresh. Seemed pretty organized and clean. I like what I tried will definitely be returning and suggesting this spot to others.

Didn't expect decent ramen at the mall food court. Nice al dente noodles, well balanced soup broth, good assortment of veggies ( mushroom, bean spouts ) and surprisingly got an inflationary half egg. Prices are on par with ramen nowadays , $15-17 . Great addition to the Menlo Park food court. Hopefully they keep it up !!
